Is there really no commission?
No commission, on any booking, ever. 19 kr a month is the entire bill. A client who finds you through your own booking page, your Instagram or the street costs you exactly the same as one who has been coming for ten years: nothing extra.
What happens when I add a chair?
Nothing happens to your bill. 19 kr a month is per salon, not per chair — one chair or five, the price does not move. Per-chair pricing is the charge that quietly punishes you for growing, and we are not going to build it.
How can it be 19 kr a month?
Because a booking calendar is not expensive to run, and we are not paying for a marketplace, an ad budget or a sales team. We priced it at what it costs to operate plus a small margin, and published the number instead of hiding it behind "contact us".
Do you own my clients?
They are your clients. We do not run a marketplace, so we have nobody to sell them to and no reason to place a competing salon next to your name. You can export your client list whenever you like, and if you leave you take it with you.
Will SMS reminders cost extra?
Sending an SMS costs real money per message, so we will not pretend otherwise: reminders are included up to a fair monthly allowance, and anything past it is billed at what the carrier charges us, shown before you send. No markup dressed up as a feature tier.
When can I actually use it?
It is in build now. Claiming a spot puts you in the first group of salons we move in, and holds the price for as long as you stay. We will write to you once — when it is your turn — and not before.
What if I want to leave?
You cancel from inside the app, in one place, without an email to support or a retention call. There is no contract term and no notice period, and your data leaves with you.
